Privacy
CanopyCue stores the email address you use to sign in, your campsite watches and alert preferences, access dates, delivery history, and payment references needed to manage your account. Passwordless sign-in codes are temporary. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by CanopyCue.
Information is used to provide the service, deliver requested messages, prevent abuse, support customers, and maintain payment records. Service providers may process limited information for hosting, email delivery, payments, monitoring, and official campsite searches. CanopyCue does not sell personal information.
You may request access to or deletion of your account information by emailing [email protected]. Some payment and business records may be retained when legally required.
Service terms
CanopyCue checks participating reservation services for possible campsite openings and sends informational alerts. It does not reserve a campsite, guarantee availability, or guarantee that an alert will arrive before another customer books a site. Always confirm dates, site details, vehicle limits, fees, and policies with the official reservation provider.
Use must be lawful and personal. Customers may not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, resell access, or use automated tools against CanopyCue. Monitoring coverage and check frequency may change when an official provider changes or restricts its service.
Paid access and refunds
Paid passes provide access for the period displayed at checkout. Added time begins immediately or after existing paid access expires. Unless required by law, payments are refundable only when requested within seven days of purchase and the paid monitoring service has not been materially used. Duplicate charges and billing errors will be corrected. Request help at [email protected].
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, CanopyCue is not responsible for missed reservations, travel costs, provider outages, delayed messages, or decisions made using an alert. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
